1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 77abe online gaming platform ("Platform"), including all games, services, features, and content available through https://77abe.one. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

77abe reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an account and use the 77abe Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations and automated bots may not register accounts.
• You must not already hold an active account on the Platform. Each player is permitted exactly one account.

77abe conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

77abe supports fast deposits and withdrawals for Bangladesh players through locally trusted payment methods. All transactions are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept deposits and process withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi mobile banking services. Visa and Mastercard cards may also be supported subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmed payment. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during public holidays in Bangladesh or periods of high transaction volume. All times are referenced in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified payment method that matches the name on your 77abe account. 77abe will not transfer funds to third-party accounts. If a bonus has been credited to your account, any applicable wagering requirement must be satisfied in full before the bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held pending until verification is concluded.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

77abe offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms which may include, but are not limited to:

• A minimum deposit threshold (for example ৳500) before a welcome bonus is activated.
• A rollover requirement — the bonus amount multiplied by a stated factor — that must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted.
• A validity period within which the wagering requirement must be met; unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Game restrictions: certain games (for example live casino tables or specific crash game titles) may contribute differently or not at all toward the rollover.
• One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 77abe Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. Each game operates under its own published RTP (Return to Player) and RNG (Random Number Generator) certification standards.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must not use any software, tools, scripts, or methods that give an unfair advantage, exploit technical bugs, or manipulate game outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, automated betting bots, collusion with other players, use of multiple accounts, or deliberate exploitation of any error or malfunction in a game or the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploitative conduct may be voided, and the relevant account may be permanently closed.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 77abe will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the wager amount may be returned to the player's account balance. 77abe does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any game or service.

6. Responsible Gaming

77abe is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment. We offer a range of responsible gaming tools to help you stay in control of your activity on the Platform:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting support.
• Time-out: request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which your account access is suspended.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

77abe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where 77abe reasonably suspects or determines: (a) that the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) that the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (c) that the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC; or (d) that continued account access presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

A player wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any active rollover conditions.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Security of Your Account

Suspicious Activity

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77abe and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or failure to receive an expected payout as a result of a technical malfunction.
• Any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account where you failed to protect your login credentials.
• Interruptions to the Platform's availability caused by maintenance, updates, or events outside 77abe's reasonable control.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing online gaming operations on the Platform. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through 77abe's customer support process shall be referred to binding arbitration.

77abe makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your location. If you are in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not access the Platform.
